French Murder Suspect Arrested in Morocco on Interpol Warrant

The Moroccan police have just arrested a French national under an international arrest warrant issued by France for a murder case.
This arrest took place in Azemmour, according to the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) in a press release posted on its Twitter account, specifying that this 45-year-old French national has been the subject of an arrest warrant since February 28 for her alleged involvement in the 2004 murder of her French partner in China.
And to specify in the press release that the French woman was in the process of completing the formalities for obtaining the residence permit to settle in Morocco.
Placed in custody, the accused must appear before the courts before her likely extradition to France, according to the DGSN, which states that the French authorities have been informed of this arrest.
Earlier this week, an Italian national was arrested near Marrakech for his alleged involvement in a murder and drug trafficking case and his membership in the Italian mafia.
