France officially publishes the map of Morocco with the Sahara

The French ministry published on its official website on Tuesday a map of Morocco integrating the Sahara. A strong act that follows France’s recognition last July of the kingdom’s sovereignty over this territory.
"As part of the momentum given by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, to the national cause and the positive dynamic it is experiencing at the international level, the official map of Morocco which integrates its Sahara has been published today on the official website of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs," the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a post published on X.
This publication comes after French President Emmanuel Macron, on a three-day state visit to Rabat since Monday, supported on Tuesday before the Moroccan parliament that "the present and future of the Western Sahara are part of the framework of Moroccan sovereignty." Last July, Paris recognized the Moroccan autonomy plan for the Sahara presented in 2007 by King Mohammed VI as being "the only basis for achieving a just political solution" to the conflict.
Morocco and the Polisario Front have been disputing this territory for about fifty years. The two parties signed a ceasefire in 1991 with a view to holding a self-determination referendum. Thanks to its offensive diplomacy, Morocco has managed to obtain the support of the United States and several European countries such as Germany, Spain and France for its autonomy plan for this territory.
