France to Impose Quarantine on Travelers from Morocco and Other Non-EU Countries

The Elysée announced on Sunday, May 3, that "any person, regardless of nationality, coming from the European Union, the Schengen area or the United Kingdom," will not be quarantined once they arrive on its territory. Implicitly, France will impose quarantine on travelers coming from Morocco.
"The modalities will be specified by the Quai d’Orsay in the coming days" for people - French or Europeans or even Moroccans - who arrive on French territory from a country outside the EU, Schengen area or the United Kingdom, specifies the Elysée. This means that travelers coming from Morocco will be quarantined. Moroccans, Moroccans residing abroad (MREs) or even Europeans or Americans will be subject to this restriction.
"The restrictions on movement currently in force at our borders continue to apply. [...] Nothing has changed," insists the Ministry of the Interior.
