France Considers Pre-World Cup Friendly Against Morocco, Reports Suggest

In order to prepare for the World Cup in Qatar, France is considering playing a friendly match against the Moroccan national team. For now, nothing is official.
According to Al Mountakhab, citing sources close to the French Football Federation, the Blues could face the Atlas Lions as part of their preparation for the competition that begins in November. The defending world champions have been drawn in a group that includes Tunisia as well as Denmark and a playoff winner.
The two federations are in contact to plan this match before November and the start of the World Cup. However, the calendar does not offer many solutions, indicate the same sources.
For the record, France and Morocco have faced each other five times in the past, with a record of 3 wins for the Blues and 2 draws. The last confrontation dates back to November 16, 2007 with a draw (2-2) at the Stade de France.
