France Approves Health Pass for Expats with WHO-Approved Vaccines After mRNA Booster

French residents abroad who have received two doses of a vaccine not recognized by the EU, such as in Morocco, but approved by the WHO, can breathe a sigh of relief. Gathered in a Defense Council on Wednesday, the authorities decided that they will benefit from the Health Pass, after receiving a third dose of an mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna).
In a tweet, the Secretary of State to the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs, in charge of Tourism, French Abroad and Francophonie, Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne, indicated that this decision is "excellent news that will allow the people concerned to accompany their children to France for the university start and facilitate their arrival on national soil".
The Defense Council had to finally find a solution for the many French, especially those living in Morocco, who could not obtain the famous health pass, synonymous with free movement throughout Europe.
It should be noted that France still does not recognize the Sinovac-Coronavac and Sinopharm vaccines used in Morocco.
