Former PSG Player Condemns Racist Chants in Israeli Football, Threatens Boycott

Outraged and outraged by the monkey chants in Israel, former PSG defender Antoine Conté demands sanctions against the perpetrators.
On his Instagram account, Antoine Conté, former Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) player, who plays in the Israeli championship, was outraged and threatened to no longer return to the pitch if this behavior was repeated.
"I feel like it’s become normal to make monkey chants in football stadiums to some black players," explains the 25-year-old player. "We are not animals, let alone monkeys. It’s really sad that in 2019, people come to stadiums to do this kind of nonsense," lamented the former PSG member.
Accustomed to these cries, the player who is targeted by them in Israel is launching an appeal to the sports authorities, in particular, to the league. "I really hope the league will take care of this..."
Faced with this situation, the player received the support of his team and supporters as well as the support of his former partner at PSG, Presnel Kimpembe.
In a statement released on social media, Beitar Jerusalem has expressed its support for its player and called for strong sanctions against the perpetrators of these racist insults.
