Fog-Related Highway Crash in Taza, Morocco Kills 3 Family Members, Injures 2

A terrible traffic accident occurred on the evening of Saturday, December 28, near Tahla in the Taza region, on the highway connecting Fez to Oujda. 3 members of the same family died on the spot, while two other people were seriously injured.
According to AlJarida24, the lack of visibility on the highway, due to the prevailing fog, led to a violent collision between a car and a truck.
The 3 passengers of the car, including a woman, succumbed to the violence of the impact. The truck driver and a passenger, seriously injured, were rushed to the Taza hospital.
An investigation was opened by the royal gendarmerie services present at the scene. The bodies of the victims were transferred to the morgue.
