New Ferry Service Launches from France to Morocco, Delighting Travelers

Victoria I, one of the ferries of the Moroccan company Intershipping, made the first crossing to Morocco on Saturday, July 10, departing from the port of Sète. A third line that is already very successful.
Victoria I, one of the two ferries chartered by the Moroccan company Intershipping from the Estonian ferry company Tallin Grupp, embarked the first passengers (Moroccans residing abroad and tourists) bound for Morocco in the morning of Saturday, July 10, 2021, reports Midi Libre. Only passengers with a ticket purchased online are allowed to board Victoria I.
Many of them express their joy at returning to the kingdom. A family from Trappes says they are "happy to have been able to get tickets" and to be able to "go to Tangier and then go see the family in the south of Morocco". Not everyone was lucky enough to buy a ticket. This is the case of two young Parisians who want to "return to the country without having to go down to Andalusia". They will have to be patient, as the online booking site is completely inaccessible due to strong demand.
"Given the very strong demand, ticket sales are temporarily suspended. [...] The trips, from Sète on July 10, 13, 15 and 17, are full" and "no reservation or ticket sales are possible at the port of Sète," can be read on the website.
In total, three operators (Intershipping, GNV and Baleària) are now operating ferry crossings from Sète to Morocco.
