The FBI investigates a famous Moroccan businessman

The initial findings indicate that Mandour’s companies have obtained contracts with several federal administrations and have signed subcontracting agreements with small businesses that they have not paid for the services provided.

"We are determined to identify the victims in order to ensure that they receive the services, compensation, and rights provided for by federal law and state laws. We urge any person or company with relevant information to fill out a short form on our website," the FBI said in a statement.

The information collected will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, the Bureau assures, reserving the right to contact the persons concerned to obtain additional information as part of the investigation.

It should be noted that Youssef Mandour is the former husband of a Moroccan member of parliament, currently the vice-president of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region. He became famous after announcing his project to produce a "100% Moroccan" military armored vehicle.
