European Giants Eye Moroccan Stars: Ziyech, Hakimi Lead Transfer Buzz
Pending the launch of the next transfer window, several Moroccan internationals are in the sights of certain major European clubs. Hakimi, Mazraoui, Belhanda, Bounou, all are on their way to other more competitive clubs.
Hakim Ziyech is the only Moroccan player who is already set on his fate. He is on his way to Chelsea, after managing to establish himself at Ajax Amsterdam. If for the midfielder, everything is ready for him to join the English club, nothing is yet sealed for his other teammates, who are the subject of strong demand on the market, reports the daily Al Massae.
Now benefiting from the interest of his coach, Achraf Kakimi of Borussia Dortmund should return to Real Madrid, his training club, after spending two years on loan to Borussia Dortmund.
As for Noussair Mazraoui, right-back of Ajax Amsterdam, several Calcio clubs want to recruit him, such as AC Milan, Lazio and AS Roma who would be ready to spend 12 million euros for the young Moroccan.
Younès Belhanda, for his part, should make his big comeback in France or Spain. Playing in Turkey (Galatasaray), the Moroccan midfielder is in the sights of AS Monaco and Real Betis.
As for Yassine Bounou, Turkey would be ready to welcome him again. According to the same daily, the second goalkeeper of Sevilla FC is expected to leave the Andalusian capital and La Liga for the Turkish championship, more precisely to Fenerbahçe.
