Emirates Expands Cabin Crew Recruitment to Rabat Amid Global Growth

Emirates is organizing a new recruitment day in Rabat on Wednesday, October 9. This is for the company to meet people capable of working for it. The capital is the fourth city in Morocco to benefit from this type of recruitment.
This need to recruit comes from the fact that the company is experiencing strong growth, resulting in new air links and the acquisition of several aircraft to strengthen an already rich fleet.
Emirates promises many benefits to its staff. These range from a tax-free salary to a generously provided high-end apartment in Dubai, not to mention other opportunities such as discount vouchers, medical and dental coverage.
In addition, the company offers its cabin crew, as well as their families and friends, a wide range of opportunities, including the presence of a rapidly growing global network that allows travel on all six continents.
Rashed AlFajeer, Emirates’ General Manager in Morocco, said, as a guide to the future Moroccan staff, that the "cabin crew must be open-minded, helpful, friendly and have an unwavering sense of service".
For him, Emirates is looking for people capable of offering better services to passengers.
Moroccans who will be recruited in the cabin crew will undergo training on safety and on-board service quality on Airbus A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft.
The selected candidates will join a team from more than 135 different nationalities, including nearly 419 people originally from [Morocco].
