Disabled Moroccan Traveler Stranded in Brussels Hotel Amid COVID-19 Travel Ban

Stranded in Brussels due to the suspension of air links with Morocco, a Moroccan national, motor disabled, continues to benefit from an all-inclusive service in a hotel in the city, despite the severe measures put in place to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
Although arrivals are temporarily suspended, the hotel staff continues to offer the various services to the Moroccan national who moves and carries out his daily tasks thanks to an electric wheelchair.
In a statement to the press, Youssef Janiali explained that he had been forced to stay at the hotel, following the suspension of flights with Morocco, specifying that he had been well received and assisted by the Moroccan Consulate in Brussels.
For his part, the owner of the establishment, Hermans André, said that the hotel no longer accepts reservations, and that he considers Youssef an exemplary client, who strictly respects the security measures.
