Crown Prince Inaugurates First International Islamic Civilization Museum Outside Saudi Arabia

Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan inaugurated, on Thursday, at the headquarters of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) in Rabat, the international exhibition and Museum on the life of the Prophet and Islamic civilization.
The initiative is the result of a partnership between the Muslim World League (MWL) and the Rabita Mohammadia of Ulema of Morocco, reports MAP, which specifies that this is the first time the exhibition has been moved outside of Saudi Arabia.
On this occasion, the Crown Prince visited the "Islamic Solidarity" room where Salim Mohamed Al-Malik, the Director General of ISESCO, gave a welcome speech, stating that the organization of this event testifies to the strong centuries-old ties between the Kingdoms of Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
The objective of this event, indicates the official, is to allow visitors to "live the real experience of the life of the Prophet and historical events", thanks to new technologies. Thus, the Crown Prince notably went to a virtual reality room where he attended the projection of the Prophet’s chamber with all the details and characteristics of the time.
