Comedian Jamel Debbouze Challenges Marine Le Pen on Immigration and Diversity

The Franco-Moroccan comedian Jamel Debbouze has taken a jab at Rassemblement national (RN) candidate Marine Le Pen. The latter has not yet reacted.
"We are doomed to mix more and more. There are no other alternatives. We will become more and more mixed. Marine, we will become more and more mixed. Sorry, that’s the way it is, you have to get used to it," Jamel Debbouze said in an interview with Real Life Portraits about his children and miscegenation. French of Moroccan origin, the 46-year-old comedian is the husband of French journalist Mélissa Theuriau.
The latter had also mentioned during her appearance on the "En Aparté" show, on March 22, 2022 on Canal+, the criticisms and insults she has faced because of their cultural and religious differences. "I didn’t expect those kinds of reactions at all. But today, we’ve been married for 14 years, I feel like society is progressing in that area," she estimated.
The couple has two children: Léon (14) and Lila (11). In Mélissa Theuriau’s eyes, their cultural diversity is "a wealth for their children."
