Coca-Cola recently carried out a massive recall of its products in Europe due to excessive chlorate. Morocco is not affected by this decision, reassured the National Office of Food Safety (ONSSA).
Coca-Cola made this decision due to the high chlorate content in the cans and glass bottles of its products (Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Fuze Tea, Minute Maid, Nalu, Royal Bliss and Tropico) distributed in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany and Great Britain.
Following this recall, the National Office of Food Safety (ONSSA) has sought to reassure Moroccan consumers
