China’s Surreal Blue City: Harbin Theme Park Unveils Stunning Chefchaouen Replica

The Harbin Polarland theme park in Harbin, capital of China’s Heilongjiang province, has been hosting a full-scale replica of the city of Chefchaouen since June 8th.
This reproduction of Chefchaouen offers visitors to the Chinese park, who have not yet made the trip to Morocco to discover this destination, which is among the most Instagrammed and Instagrammable cities in the world, a unique experience.
Visitors will be able to virtually explore the blue city’s alleys and immortalize the moment in front of its iconic facades, flower-adorned stairs, fountains, and signs in Arabic and Spanish, etc.
This near-perfect recreation of the Moroccan city was designed as a sensory and educational showcase dedicated to the architectural heritage of Chefchaouen, according to the official news agency China News Service.
