CDC Downgrades Morocco to Low-Risk COVID-19 Destination

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has revised its opinion on the Morocco destination in terms of the spread of Covid-19. The kingdom is now considered a country with a low risk of contamination.
Taking into account the improvement in the epidemiological situation and the efforts made by Moroccans, the CDC has confirmed that Morocco has moved from level 3 (high risk country) to level 1 (low risk country), calling on passengers destined for the Kingdom to ensure that they are fully vaccinated before travel and to follow the recommendations once on site.
The level 1 list includes countries where less than 50 cases per 100,000 inhabitants have been recorded over the past 28 days, according to the criteria of said center.
Furthermore, the CDC recommends being fully vaccinated before traveling to these countries.
