CAN 2025: The Atlas Lions in commando mode before Nigeria
As the semi-final against Nigeria, scheduled for this Wednesday, January 14 at 9:00 pm, approaches, the Moroccan national team is accelerating its preparation. The men of Walid Regragui carried out an intensive one-and-a-half-hour training session on Monday evening at the Mohammed VI Complex.
The technical staff focused this session on two main aspects: tactical adjustments and maintaining physical fitness. Regragui’s objective is to maintain a maximum level of concentration and rigorous discipline within the group. On the field, the players displayed high morale and visible determination, aware of the importance of the appointment that awaits them on the pitch of the Moulay Abdellah stadium.
Tuesday, January 13 will be marked by two key moments:
• 12:15 pm: Press conference by Walid Regragui to discuss the stakes of this semi-final.
• 5:45 pm: Final training session, the first fifteen minutes of which will be open to accredited media.
On Wednesday evening, the Atlas Lions will try to secure their ticket to the final in front of their home crowd, with the ambition of meeting the expectations of an entire country.
