Brussels Jewish Museum Hosts Interfaith Ramadan Iftar Event

The Jewish Museum of Belgium in Brussels will host an Iftar and a cultural evening. On the museum’s Facebook page, the organizers explained that it is "to promote intercultural exchanges".
This operation aims to celebrate the blending of cultures and interfaith dialogue. To this end, Huffpost recalls that a program has been concocted which includes a quiz on Jewish and Muslim cultures, as well as a Gospel concert, before breaking the fast at 10:30 p.m. with "a convivial meal".
Participants are invited from 8 p.m. in order to fully enjoy the program. They will notably be able to visit for the last time the exhibition "Leonard Freed. Photographing a World in Disorder", without forgetting the new exhibition of the museum, which is titled "The Other, It’s Me", which promotes, in particular, "the coexistence between Jewish and Muslim communities in Morocco", recalls Huffpost.
The target of a terrorist attack in 2014, the Jewish Museum of Brussels intends to multiply the actions allowing it to fully invest in interfaith dialogue.
