Brussels Court Sentences Man to 10 Years for 2016 Cafe Stabbing Murder

10 years in prison. This is the sentence handed down by the Brussels Assize Court against Robert Frroku for the murder of Abdelaziz Bouhali, 35, who died on August 11, 2016 after being seriously assaulted with a knife in a cafe on Rue de Laeken in Brussels.
The jury recognized extenuating circumstances for Robert Frroku, which resulted in a reduction of his sentence to 10 years. He (24 years old), like Xhyljan Perdoda (22 years old), both of Albanian nationality, are found guilty of voluntary murder of Abdelaziz Bouhali, stabbed several times during a fight at the "Café & Taverne 54", Rue de Laeken in Brussels.
In the CCTV footage of the cafe, we clearly see Abdelaziz Bouhali, listed by the police for theft and drug dealing, try to spray Robert Frroku with pepper spray and then attack him with a knife. To defend himself, Robert Frroku also grabs a knife from the bar and stabs him several times.
Having also given about ten knife blows to the victim, as the video proves, Xhyljan Perdoda was sentenced to 18 years in prison with immediate arrest.
