Belgium Eases COVID Measures in Mosques, Masks Required for Ages 12 and Up

Due to the improvement in the epidemiological situation, with the shift from red to orange code, Belgium has decided to ease measures in places of worship.
Thus, from February 19, the wearing of masks will only be mandatory from the age of 12, indicates a press release from the Executive of Muslims of Belgium (EMB), specifying that the other rules in force since December 3, 2021 are, for their part, maintained.
The EMB thanks the Muslims for the efforts made for almost two years and asks them to continue to scrupulously respect all the decisions issued by the authorities in order to preserve public health.
