Belgian ISIS Brides Escape Syrian Camp, Flee to Turkey

Two women from the city of Antwerp have managed to escape from the Al-Hol camp in Syria.
Kaoutar Bioui, 32, and Rahma Benmezian, 31, would be in Turkey after fleeing Syria, report the two Belgian media, VTM Nieuws and Het Laatste Nieuws.
These two Belgian jihadists are among the 15 foreign terrorist fighters, including four women convicted by default for terrorism in Belgium, according to a note submitted in October to the Chamber by the Coordination and Analysis Body of the Threat (Ocam).
Originally from Mechelen, Kaoutar Bioui is the wife of Hicham Chaïb, a former leading member of Sharia 4 Belgium, seen in a Daesh video showing the execution of a prisoner, while Rahma Benmezian is the older sister of Fatima Benmezian, the woman from Borgerhout, arrested in Turkey a few days ago.
These two Belgian jihadist women took advantage of the Turkish offensive in Syria to escape from the Al-Hol camp several months ago. For now, no source confirms their presence on Turkish territory.
