’Bad Boys’ Directors Launch Youth Film Program to Boost Diversity in Brussels

Developing digital and audiovisual skills in young people is the new project on which Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, the two directors of the hit film "Bad Boys For Life", are working. It is open to young people from all walks of life.
The DigitYser center, reserved for tech communities, near the Brussels canal, was buzzing this Saturday. The two directors of "Bad Boys For Life" were there as coaches for young Brussels film enthusiasts. "A city like Brussels is full of hidden talents. Yet not everyone always has the same opportunities to develop their talents. Therefore, we are happy to have the opportunity to reveal these talents through this project in order to develop diversity in front of and behind the camera," explained Adil El Arbi.
Thanks to this coaching project set up with the participation of Samsung and Hakuna Academy, fifty young Brussels residents have the opportunity to make video clips and online documentaries, just with a smartphone, reports Bx1.
It should be noted that over the next four months, Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, as well as other personalities from the sector, will train these young people as part of the Wajow Talent Factory. After the summer, the projects obtained will be presented to a jury, before being unveiled to the general public, at the end of October.
