Ajax Star Hakim Ziyech Weighs Future Amid Champions League Success and Transfer Interest

On the one hand, Hakim Ziyech wants to continue his adventure with Ajax Amsterdam with whom he will play the Champions League semi-final in early May, and on the other hand, he is tempted by an adventure in a big European club.
For now, the final choice has not yet been made but it is possible, despite the coveting of several major European clubs, that the Moroccan international will ultimately remain at Ajax, the club he has been playing for the past three seasons.
Ajax’s run in the Champions League has brought the Moroccan player into the spotlight and German clubs like Borussia Dortmund would be willing to put 50 million euros on the table to secure his services.
Ziyech keeps his feet on the ground and says: "For now, anything is possible. I’ve always been a very demanding person. It has to be a club that I’m willing to leave Ajax for and that’s not easy at all," perhaps a way to further drive up the bidding.
Last year, the Moroccan was about to sign with the Italian club AS Roma and it is not excluded either that the player’s agents will start negotiations with the same club before the end of the season.
