Air France KLM Appoints New Regional Director for North Africa and Sahel

Since September 1, 2021, Nicolas Fouquet is the new General Manager of Air France KLM for the North Africa-Sahel region based in Casablanca. He succeeds Pierre Muracciole.
Nicolas Fouquet has over 20 years of experience in the airline industry, according to a statement from the management, specifying that his mission is now to coordinate the company’s activities in seven countries: Morocco, Algeria, Burkina Faso, Mali, Mauritania, Niger and Tunisia.
The expert began his career in Morocco at Maroc Aviation and Bureau Veritas Maroc, before joining Air France-KLM in December 2000. He has held several positions within Air France-KLM, including the Management of Ground Operations Europe & North Africa before taking over the Management of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle hub operations, in charge of the operational management of 760 daily flights.
