Air Arabia Maroc Celebrates Millionth Passenger at Montpellier Airport

The airline Air arabia Maroc welcomed, on September 11, in the hall of Montpellier Méditerranée Airport, its millionth passenger. He was surprised by the festive welcome reserved for him.
A fanfare welcome for a traveler, not the least. He is indeed the millionth passenger of the Air arabia Maroc Company, coming from Morocco and staying in Montpellier, for business.
A Moroccan traditional music group, typical pastries, green tea, the local press present to cover the event and, as a gift, a round-trip ticket to be used on the Moroccan destination of his choice on the Air arabia network, reports actu.fr.
The airline has been operational since March 29, 2010. And Montpellier is the most important stopover on the Air arabia Maroc network in terms of the number of weekly flights and seats offered. This subsidiary of the Air Arabia Group, based in the United Arab Emirates, serves four direct destinations in Morocco: Marrakech, Casablanca, Fez and Nador, but also Errachidia, a city connected by transfer with Fez.
For this summer, the company has offered 16 flights per week for the four aforementioned destinations. Air arabia Maroc plans to strengthen this pace during the next winter season with more than 100,000 seats put on sale.
