Adriana Karembeu Announces Divorce from Aram Ohanian After 12 Years of Marriage

The former Slovak model turned TV host has separated from her husband and father of her daughter Nina. A consensual but painful separation, judging by the words used by the host on Instagram.

"It is with a heavy heart that I write these few lines... Twelve magnificent years spent together... I vibrated at every moment. I have never laughed so much as by your side," Adriana Karembeu nostalgically declares. "Our story was beautiful and I loved it so much... Yet today, we have decided together to take separate paths... Love will never die. You have given me the most beautiful of treasures... our Nina. You are and will always remain," she wrote.

Adriana Karembeu did not give the reason for this separation from Armenian businessman Aram Ohanian. The couple met in 2011 and three years later they said "I do" in Monaco. A dream come true for the former model in search of family stability. "At my age, it’s very complicated. I’m trying with all my might! If it doesn’t happen, it will have to be understood. You can’t have a child at 50..." she had confided at the time to the newspaper Le Figaro. Her hopes were rewarded in 2018 by the arrival of Nina, to the great delight of the couple.
