Actress Hiba Abouk Reveals Career Sacrifices in Hakimi Marriage Amid Divorce

Usually very discreet about her private life, Hiba Abouk made a revelation about her relationship with Achraf Hakimi. The participant of MasterChef Celebrity 9 explained how her marriage to the Moroccan defender of PSG affected her acting career. She recounts that she had to stop her career in Spain after moving to Paris with Hakimi and their two young children.

Francis Lorenzo, another participant in the show, then asked her how she had handled this radical change in her life. "You get married, and then you abandon the acting profession?" he asked. "I didn’t abandon it, but the fact of having children, of traveling so much, of following him has a bit distanced me... but well, I wanted to devote myself to my children, above all, and to have a family project," Hiba Abouk replied.

"And now, how are you doing, have you put your life back in order?" Lorenzo continued, alluding to her publicized divorce and the rape accusation against Achraf Hakimi. And the Spanish actress replied: "Well, we’re still dragging on. It’s not easy."
