Yves Saint-Laurent to Unveil 2023 Men’s Collection in Morocco’s Agafay Desert

The Yves Saint-Laurent haute couture house seems to be conquered by the Moroccan desert. On social networks, YSL has announced that its spring/summer 2023 collection for men designed by Anthony Vaccarello will be presented in the Agafay desert.
This is Vaccarello’s third show to take place in a sandy setting. According to several fashion experts, Marrakech has often been a city of inspiration for the designer. It is not for nothing that the museum dedicated to his works is located in the ochre city, in order to allow those who appreciate his creations to have an idea of the work he has done and what his life has been.
This museum, which was inaugurated in 2017, is full of many potentials, such as a library containing books dating from the 16th to the 20th century. The books have mostly been donated by the co-founder and designer of YSL, Pierre Bergé. The Spring/Summer 2023 men’s collection is a tribute to the brand and its rich history in Morocco.
