Under the cover of a marriage agency, the individual and his criminal gang invited Moroccan candidates to an arranged marriage with Turkish citizens, in exchange for large sums of money.
The man, whose real name is Mustapha Chichek, had admitted to practicing this profession for 3 years, mainly targeting young minors wishing to marry a Turkish national.
According to the statements of the victims present during the program, the agent demanded the sum of 50,000 dirhams in exchange for the marriage. However, instead of the Prince Charming that the young girls were dreaming of, they ended up with old and elderly men.
